Hello, I'm Niki

a creative director and product designer with over 18 years of experience bringing trend-forward ideas to life for mass retail.

I spent 8 of those years at Target leading creative for Bullseye’s Playground, where I build playful, high-impact assortments across seasonal, impulse, decor, stationery, gifting, and kids categories. I’ve also worked on the vendor side, giving me a unique, end-to-end understanding of how products move from concept to shelf.

Today, through Niks Design Co., I partner with brands and retailers to translate trends into thoughtful, retail-ready products. My approach blends strategic direction with hands on design—helping teams clarify their creative POV, build cohesive assortments, and design artwork and products that feel intentional and built to perform.

I believe the best products come from clear direction, strong storytelling and an understanding of both creative and commercial realities of retail. Whether I'm supporting a full product line or offering focused creative guidance, my goal is always the same: to help teams move forward with confidence and creative product that people genuinely connect with.
